"Recuperat-ion sports drink sachets are magical! I hydrate myself 2 days before the race with a sachet diluted in a bottle of water. Then on the competition’s day, I take it before the exercise and also I fill my cycle can with it. After intense sessions, I get hydrated during some days with this really efficient product. Finally, when I’m sick (gastroenteritis or a cold) I use Recuperat-ion too! "
