Currently, Recuperat-ion is sold in Spain in pharmacies. Outside Spain is sold by internet, by filling the order form in our website, www.recuperat-ion.com.

Recuperat-ion contains 20 sachets in each flavour presentation, and has a free price in pharmacies, but the current prices are approximately 15 euros for RECUPERAT-ION FM Basic Formula, Saline flavour, 18 euros for RECUPERAT-ION FM Sugar Free, Orange flavour, and 25 euros for RECUPERAT-ION ENERGETIC, Lemon flavour.
In fact, they could be divided in two different groups:
Without Sugars: RECUPERAT-ION FM Sugar Free, Orange flavour and RECUPERAT-ION FM Basic Formula, Saline flavour
With Sugars: RECUPERAT-ION ENERGETIC, Lemon flavour
The ion’s proportion of the three products is the same.
The new concept of Recuperat-ion to relieve the muscular discomfort is based on the intake of small doses of the four ions for a long time period. You can use anyone of the three products.
If you have a constant sensation of tiredness you should choose the Recuperat-ion Energetic Lemon flavour because it additionally provides sugars as energy: fructose and glucose.
If you do not have a clear dehydration, for example by sweating, is recommended to take few doses for a long time than many doses per day. We advise you to take between 1 or 2 sachets per day in order to improve your hydration in depth and relieve the muscular discomfort. Every sachet should be solved at least in 250 ml of water.
To reach a permanent effect it is convenient to maintain, a responsible consumption of Recuperat-ion for a long time. Depending on the muscular discomfort it should be taken up to six months. Occasionally you can increase your doses to 3 or 4 sachets per day.
You can take it indefinitely until you reach a feeling of a better muscular wellbeing.
However we recommend you to consult your doctor or pharmacist who has the knowledge to advise you.
The ions and water are very quickly absorbed and do not interfere with other nutrients; therefore they can be taken before, during or after meals. You can also solve a sachet in one litre of water and drink it along the day.
As any dietary supplement, if you are taking some medicine you should consult your doctor about the consumption of Recuperat-ion.
Like any illnesses you should ask your doctor about the best diet for you in order to avoid unnecessary risks, for that we recommend you to ask your doctor if your hypertension is responsive to sodium or not, and if you can take Recuperat-ion. Your doctor can also advise you if you have to reduce your salt intake in order to compensate the additional sodium taken with Recuperat-ion.
