In human organism there are two liquids of different composition, one inside the cells –intracellular liquid- and the other outside –extra cellular liquid-. The cells lay in the extra cellular liquid and the cell membrane has an active function being permeable to water and to life nutrients essential to the cell. This is possible through metabolic processes in which the Sodium/Potassium pump has an important function. In the extra cellular liquid there is more Sodium (Na+) than in the intracellular liquid but less Potassium (K+). In both cell liquids there are other minerals dissolved. The Sodium/Potassium pump facilitates the exchange of water and nutrients through the cell membrane means the ionic channels and additionally keeps the cellular ionic composition; these functions need the consumption of energy which comes from the main energy molecule in our organism, the ATP.
Recuperat-ion Hydration contents the Sodium and Potassium electrolytes together with Calcium and Magnesium which are important for a good muscular function. They are in a special proportion which insures their optimal assimilation in order to reach a deep hydration. Glucose and Fructose provide the necessary energy.
