Sometimes we feel weak, even though we are good well nourished. Sometimes every part of the body hurts, especially after an illness. The reason lies in our muscles which lack of water and minerals.

The psychophysical tiredness is quite often by sedentary people which have monotony tasks. Oft it is just due to a lack of water and minerals. The people who undertake training and those who are doing physiotherapeutic rehabilitation have something in common: their muscles need a full, balanced rehydration.

The body is composed of 40-70% water, depending of age, genre, and corporal composition. Muscle is made up of 65-75% water and fat is composed of only 10% water. 62% of the total water is inside the cells and the rest outside (plasma, lymph, among other liquids).

Water takes part of cellular reactions as reaction way, reactive or product. Additionally, it contributes to the transport of nutrients, gases and waste metabolites. Water has thermal properties: during the training, temperature do not increase so much in spite of the high heat production by muscle contraction. The high thermal water conductivity facilitates a quick transport of the heat to the skin in order to cool down the body by sweat evaporation, vapour elimination by breathing or directly through the skin means imperceptible perspiration.
