For these people it is useful to put in some pauses to do some light stretching muscle exercises along the day; although they can be light, they help to “loose up some tensions”.
It is recommendable to wear comfortable and low-heel shoes, to change posture if we are standing for a long time, to avoid curving our back or taking uncomfortable postures, to plan the tasks in such a way that we can change our posture,… These measures help to avoid the appearance of problems due unhealthy postures which produce pain and muscular overstrain.
In order to reduce this muscular discomfort, it is also recommendable on the one hand to receive massages to relieve muscular contractions and to expand the muscles, and on the other hand to get used to doing some stretching: during mornings as a training to prepare the muscles and at the end of the day to relax the muscle for a good sleep and to be ready for the next day.
Furthermore, a healthy muscle needs minerals to work properly. Minerals are part of the muscle tissue and they are used to regulate and coordinate metabolic activity of muscle cells: they control muscle tone, contraction and relaxation processes and the transformation of energy into muscle movement. Muscles need minerals to keep healthy and to keep up with our needs.
