A balanced diet provides our organism with the necessary nutrients for well-being.

However, the situations that cause a deficiency of minerals, which are essential for the neuro-muscular balance, are very common:

  • inadequate diet
  • stress, psychic tiredness
  • physic overstrain
  • illnesses: rheumatic, neuro-muscular,…
  • periods after physical inactivity (for example after some rehabilitation days in bed)
