| Recommendations |

Release of muscular discomfort: low doses for a long time:

Take between 1 and 3 sachets along the day.

Athletes: high doses for a short time. Before the exercise you should solve 1 sachet in one litre of water and afterwards you can drink it in amounts of 200 ml every 20 minutes. After training to get the water and salts back into your body, it is advisable to solve 3 sachets in a 1.5 litres of water. And Drink 1 litre of solution for every kilo of weight lost during the training.
You can take it constantly as extra help to any athletic exercise, as professional or amateur athlete, or as extra energetic or mineral supplement to your daily diet. The mineral salts included in Recuperat-ion energetic lemon flavour are common salts of our daily diet; therefore, Recuperat-ion is harmless. Consumption is not advisable for children under 12 years old.

RECUPERAT-ION ENERGETIC, Lemon flavour is an energetic beverage with glucose, fructose and mineral salts, designed to replace the loss of water and salts through sweat produced by an intense muscular activity. Sodium and Potassium electrolytes and minerals Calcium and Magnesium, present in several mineral salts, are essential for a good functioning of our organism. They are commonly present in our diet if it is well balanced.

However under special conditions with higher loss of electrolytes, for example if we are doing some physical activity and through sweat and urine, it is advisable to replace them in a short time period to reduce physical fatigue. Glucose provides fast energy necessary to maintain muscular effort.

Fructose is evenly assimilated and provides slower energy to recover better from muscular effort.
