Dissolve 1 sachet in a litre of fresh water to drink along the day. Shake the beverage before use. In athletes is recommended more concentrated: 1 sachet in 500 ml of fresh water.

Release of muscular discomfort. Low doses for a long time It is advisable to take 1 or 2 sachets per day. But in some extreme cases you can take more sachets, at the most 4 per day. You can take it indefinitely as an extra mineral supplement to our daily diet. The mineral salts included in RECUPERAT-ION FM Sugar Free, Orange flavour are common salts, which are present in our daily diet; therefore, Recuperat-ion is harmless.
Athletes. High Doses for a short time. Before and during the exercise you should solve 1 sachet in one litre water and afterwards you can drink it in amounts of 200 ml every 20 minutes.
After training to get the water and salts back it is advisable to consume 3 sachets in a 1.5 litres of water. And Drink 1 litre of solution for every kilo of weight lost during the training.Consumption is not recommended for children under 12 years old.

RECUPERAT-ION FM Sugar Free, Orange flavour Taste is not an energetic drink. It is rich in mineral salts mainly Sodium and Potassium. Small quantities of Calcium and Magnesium, in specific proportions, complete the formulation.
The Sodium and Potassium electrolytes, which are included in several salts, are essential for a good body function and they are mainly provided through a balanced diet.
However, in some situations with higher electrolyte elimination, for example during an intense physical activity, by sweating and through urine, it is advisable to replace them as soon as possible in order to reduce physical exhaustion.
